Globalization, experimental image making, and avant-garde strategies are a common thread connecting the works of Andrew Tavarelli and his exhibition ³Double Vision² with the performance, conceptual presence, and possible exhibition of publisher/ entrepreneur, gallerist Abraham Lubelski who has provocatively titled his project ³The Show Has Been Cancelled.² Both projects/ shows have been curated by Charles Giuliano for the Gallery of the New England School of Art & Design at Suffolk University. They open on Friday, November 18 from 6 to 8 PM at 75 Arlington Street and run through December 22.. (...)

The most recent works of Abraham Lubelski and incorporate the work of over 250 other artists. The installation is an assemblage of clotheslines from which are hung all the artwork for viewing at one time. These shows become a Duchampain metaphor of the contemporary art world.
