To do without thinking is letting go of reasoning. It can be in the way and can delay the functions of the brain, which is operating in subconcious mode and knows the right path. To follow the heart is being intelligent. When the flow is good, things happen fast. We do experiments without preparations, without rehearsal or styling and manage to catch the moment. Beauty is often truest when nobody is trying to make it.
There are no castles in Iceland. Our castles are the mountains and when visiting a country with many castles, we want to see them and play instruments that we only know how to play inside us.
It is superb when everyone connects to an idea wich triggers more ideas so it becomes like a shimmering firework that doesn’t stop exploding.
Even though three human beings all grew up in the same country, are all of similar age, are all the oldest siblings in their group, have all graduated from the same art school and now all live in the same city, in the same neighboorhood, collaboration can be a complex creature.
If collaboration was simple there would be peace on earth. If everyone were to understand everything the same way, collaboration would be more simple and the odds of world peace would be stronger. If everyone would look at everything with the same eyes, all collaboration would be even more simple. But there would be no need for collaboration if everyone was like one being. And very little would happen.
We don’t need this harsh disagreement in the world. It is natural to belive in the good in people and things. Opinions are just different sides of one die.
